The preparation of instant coffee (hot) is done in two ways. Either by whisking or mixing first a minimum of water with the coffee and sugar mixture, or in the espresso machine through the steam. A large amount produces strong coffee, while a smaller amount produces lighter coffee.
In the first case, pour the prescribed ratio of coffee and sugar into a thick cup and add about 15 ml of hot water. Then we mix the mixture well with the spoon, until it takes on a creamy texture, while we gradually add a little more water and continue the beating where we slowly add the rest of the hot water at the end.
In the second case, we put the desired ratio of coffee and sugar with water in the milk jug and prepare it through the nozzle of the coffee machine. Our instant coffee is ready. From the instant coffee came the most popular frappe in the Greek market.
