Cafiza - Espresso Machine Cleaning Powder 900gr is a cleaner for professional espresso coffee machines in a 900gr barrel package.
- Concentrated formula that eliminates coffee residues from groups, valves and their piping.
- Necessary for the daily cleaning process, back flush.
- With a special composition for controlled solubility, easy rinsing and effective cleaning.
Instructions for Use for Professional espresso coffee machines:
- First, we place the 'blind' filter in the shutter and add 3 grams of powder. In addition, we insert the shutter into the head of the coffee making group of the machine.
- Activate the coffee preparation command for 10 seconds (Manually, unless the espresso machine has automatic cleaning). Then, we stop it for 10 seconds. We repeat 5 times.
- Then we remove the shutter and wash it.
- Additionally, we replace the shutter and do another 5 cycles without cleaning powder.
- We prepare a dose of espresso (normal amount) and throw it away.
- Soak filters and shutter metal parts for 30 minutes in a solution of one teaspoon (6 grams) of Cafiza espresso residue cleaner and one liter (32 oz.) of warm water. Rinse with clean warm water and not rub the cloisters with a wire.
Instructions for Use for Filter coffee machines:
- Empty the coffee from the coffee machine.
- Then, sprinkle ½ teaspoon (3 grams) of Cafiza coffee machine cleaning powder every 2 liters (64 oz) of kettle capacity water, also directly into the filter basket.
- We do a complete filtering cycle in each container (jug, thermos, etc.) and of course keep it for 30 minutes.
- At the end, rinse with clean warm water.
