Keke Greek coffee has excellent stability and quality. In addition, high quality in our products is also our primary purpose. We roast our coffees daily to keep them fresh and roasting coffee is undoubtedly the most delicate process. At the same time, however, it is also what develops perfumes and produces oils. These are the characteristics of coffee.<\/p>\n

Heat and mix the coffee beans constantly and continuously, gradually, with hot air. Also, immediately after, the grains must be cooled. The process begins in order to avoid their carbonization by self-combustion, due to the high temperatures.<\/p>\n
