The Brita C500 Replacement Filter is an ideal filter for espresso machines in places with soft and moderately soft water hardness. Additional, with a hardness of 10°dH, the available liters are approx 6800 with a head with adjustable bypass 0-70%. Also with 30% fix bypass head, liters are around 5900. Reliable Systematic Filter Technology descales water in four steps.
In addition, it effectively reduces unwanted substances that negatively affect taste and aroma. Even in bypass water, for the best quality of the final product. In addition, it is easy to handle, thanks to the quick change system, together with the innovative locking handle, for reliable adjustment. It also features an easy-to-operate, space-saving built-in purge valve.
Also, the capacity of coffee/espresso/vending machines (with carbonate hardness 10°dH, bypass 40%) is from 960 to 11,500 liters (depending on the size of the respective filter). The maximum operating pressure is 8.6 bar, while at the same time, the operating position is horizontal or vertical.
