It is a chocolate drink with a bun, classic Antoniana Ciok with notes and aroma of machete. The chocolate has a velvety texture, a uniform creamy appearance and an amazing taste of a drink, not milk. We can prepare it either hot or cold. Ideal for making a drink or mixing as an ingredient in another drink, to create your unique recipes.
For the unique chocolate drink with a bun, we recommend a powder-milk ratio: 45 grams of powder in 200 ml of milk. We can prepare the drink hot, in the nozzle of the coffee machine, by placing the powder and milk in a milk jug. Also, the preparation of the drink remains velvety, and in a chocolate or granita pot.
In the case of cold chocolate, we either mix the ingredients in a container and stir in our devices, in frappe or at blender us, or if we have a chocolate maker, freeze a part of the mixture. A special and delicious aromatic chocolate flavor!
