Ειδικότερα, το λογότυπο και το domain «coffeemaniacs.gr» αποτελεί καταχωρημένο εμπορικό σήμα στην Ε.Ε από την εταιρία «CoffeeManiacs – Φλωράς Αλέξιος», η οποία σε καμιά περίπτωση δεν παρέχει άδεια ή δικαίωμα χρήσης αυτών. Απαγορεύεται αυστηρά η επαναχρησιμοποίηση υλικού που περιέχεται στην ηλεκτρονική σελίδα coffeemaniacs.gr όπως και η μερική ή ολική αντιγραφή, αποθήκευση, εκτέλεση, φόρτωση (download) διανομή, μετάφραση, τροποποίηση, αποστολή ή αναμετάδοσή του σε οποιαδήποτε μορφή (έντυπη, ηλεκτρονική) χωρίς την προηγούμενη έγγραφη συναίνεση της εταιρίας.
